Just keep your original boxes that the machines come in until you are sure you want to keep it. We encourage you to do this because if you do need to return it, this is the easiest way to repackage the machines safely.

How to return an item:

Please call 1-888-472-8736 and speak with a product consultant.  In many cases, we can make some suggestions that will provide you better results with the equipment you purchased.  (airflow management, placement of the equipment, etc.)  If we are unable to resolve your concerns, we will provide you a return authorization and instructions on where to ship the equipment. 

Please do not just ship your product back to the address on the shipping label.  Returns received without prior authorization will be refused and returned to you.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We provide free shipping within the continental United States.  If you are in Alaska, Hawaii or another country, please contact us to find out your shipping costs.

We ship via either FedEx or UPS Ground service for most products.  Our large commercial units will ship via Freight. 

Note to Commercial Customers:

Commercial units must ship to a business address.  If you require our freight company to deliver to a residence, please call us.  There may be a residential surcharge for freight shipment to a home.  This only applies to our commercial smoke eaters.  All other products ship via UPS or FedEx and residential shipping is no problem at all.
